My presentation!

All Exchange students in Rotary have to give a presentation about their Country. It was my turn today… I talked about the basic information, like our Bunad, Oil and I gave them “Melkesjokolade” and “Lefse”. My host mum bought some “Lefse” and then she said, “you should give them the “Lefse” I bought”, so I did. That was very kind of her” They thought it was very tasty!   

I’m glad I’m finished with my presentation now, I don’t like to talk in front of many people. But I have to talk every week, to talk about my  past week. But they told me that I did a great job today!!! That’s good to know.

Christmas concert!

I had two Christmas concerts today. It was fun doing it but a lot of practicing.
It is almost Christmas holiday now! I’m so excited, and I’m not homesick at all.
I’m going skating tomorrow, and then I have to practice on my presentation… I’m a little nervous!

It is not very much to tell… Not very much to do these days at school… The bus won’t drive if it is cold… So the “kids”, that are taking the bus, got a day off yesterday and today… It was only, 10 students in my class today…

Decorating the Christmas tree :)

I couldn’t go to Calgary because of the weather today. So we decorated the Christmas tree, after we came home from supper. My host mum made hot chocolate to us and we listened to Christmas music. I am in a Christmas mood now, hoho! My host mum’s family came from Norway, so they have Norwegian flags on their tree, it isn’t because of me =P. They bought a christmas  Stocking to me, because I didn’t have one

New Host Family

I changed my host family today. I’m going to bed now, but I just wanted to say that every thing is good, and I love them! They are so nice!!! They told me today that we are going to Banff in the end of December / start of January! I’m so excited!!!
